All grade 7 students should have a change of clothing for phys. ed classes. This would include; shorts, shirt, socks and shoes. As the weather becomes unpredictable, students may prefer to add a sweater when outdoors. During sunny days, students may wear a hat, sunscreen and bring a water bottle to class.
Phys. Ed classes are primarily based on participation; while displaying safe and inclusive practices both on the field and in the gym.
